We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. This includes:
- Defective materials — visible damage to EGGER panels, laminate, or edging present at the time of delivery
- Manufacturing defects — misaligned doors, drawers that don't close properly, incorrect dimensions, or hardware malfunction
- Wrong items delivered — the delivered set does not match your confirmed order specifications
- Shipping damage — damage that occurred during transportation, documented at the time of delivery
You must report any issue within 7 business days of delivery with photos or video showing the defect. Products that have been installed, modified, or altered are not eligible for return. We do not offer direct exchanges — defective products are repaired, replaced, or refunded.

2. Send us clear photos or video of the defect along with your order number.
3. Our team will review your claim within 2 business days and contact you with next steps.
Do not ship or return any products without prior authorization from our team.
After reviewing your claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Repair — we fix the defective component at no additional cost
- Replacement — we manufacture and deliver a replacement part or complete set
- Full refund — in cases where repair or replacement is not feasible
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. If the return is due to a defect or error on our part, we cover all return shipping and pickup costs.
All AK Cabinet Craft products also come with a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware functionality beyond the initial return window.
