Can I install kitchen cabinets myself or do I need a pro?

How long until I get my cabinets?
Most popular styles ship in 7-10 days. If you want a custom color or special size, it's about 21 days. Either way, you'll know your exact delivery date before you order, and we'll keep you updated along the way.
What's included in the price? Any hidden fees?
The price includes everything you need for the cabinets themselves: boxes, doors, all hardware, delivery, and a free design consultation. It doesn't include countertops or installation—those are separate if you want them. No surprises, no hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.
What if I don't like the cabinets after they arrive?
That's why we offer free samples—order a few door samples first so you can see exactly what you're getting. If you do order and something's not right, you have 30 days to return uninstalled cabinets (a 30% restocking fee applies to cover our costs). And if anything goes wrong with the cabinets themselves, our warranty has you covered. We want you to be happy with your kitchen.
Do I need to come to the showroom or can I order everything online?
Totally up to you. You can browse styles, use our price calculator, and order everything online if that's easier. But if you want to see and touch the cabinets in person, our Chicago showroom is open—no appointment needed. Some people like to start online and then visit, others do it all from their couch. Whatever works best for you.
